Based in Greer, South Carolina. Remote work available. Clients are typically small and mid-size organizations.
The Dunleavy Organization exists to bring value to organizations through data, analytics, and digital delivery — clear answers, built solutions, and technical problem-solving.
Three pillars. The full range of delivery — not a single tool or platform brand.
Structure, move, and trust the information work depends on.
Clear answers and reporting people can use to decide and operate.
Build and deliver working digital tools — sites, apps, and integrations — and fix what isn’t working.
What you can count on when we take on a project.
We give the real picture, even when it’s not the easiest one to deliver.
We only take on what we can deliver, and we do what we say.
We take full responsibility for the work from start to finish.
We focus on outcomes the client can actually use.
We learn how things work before we change them.
We communicate clearly and follow through.
The company logo includes a Celtic knot, a continuous interlaced design with no clear beginning or end — often associated with continuity and lasting connection. Sean chose that element as a quiet nod to Irish heritage, and because it matches commitments the company takes seriously: understanding how the work will fit, following through, and relationships that last.
Founder, The Dunleavy Organization, LLC
A big part of what Sean brings is a diverse background. He has worked face-to-face with customers under pressure, carried a sales book, sat in clinical and operational chaos, and lived inside data, product, and systems work. That mix is not a side story. It is the path that led him to create The Dunleavy Organization.
His first jobs were in the restaurant industry in Upstate South Carolina. That built a foundation in customer service, pace when things are busy and chaotic, and dealing with real people in real time.
A fascination with computers pulled him back toward college and technical work. He enrolled at the College of Charleston, started in computer science while working on campus in tech support, and later finished with a BS in Business Administration.
After graduation he worked in outside sales in the construction industry. That taught him about business development, relationship management, project estimation, negotiation, and customer service. His sales success never came from a “closer” mentality. He took care of customers and built long-term relationships. Later customer-facing roles in pharmacy and manufacturing reinforced the same thread. Service, empathy, and taking care of the person on the other side of the interaction.
He spent over a decade in one small healthcare-adjacent startup. That is where technical craft took center stage. He started in sales but found real fulfillment in data analysis, leading a small data analytics team, software and data product ownership, and later operations during a major enterprise system build and migration. He also learned important lessons a large, established company won’t teach you. How a small business runs under pressure. The ups and downs. How industry rules and incentives change, and how a company has to pivot when those changes threaten the organization. He saw how private equity investment shifts ownership, priorities, pace, and decision-making once outside capital is in the mix. That front-row seat to entrepreneurship and change was real-world education.
By the end of that era he wanted more of the actual building in his hands, not only the work around it. He had long wanted to create a company of his own, but he never knew what that was until now. After a layoff closed that chapter, he founded The Dunleavy Organization to create practical technology and analysis end to end, with honest scope. The technical work is deeply rewarding, and so is carrying a project as a solo builder from scope through delivery. Hands-on. Still learning on every project.
