Most work is fixed-scope: a defined outcome such as a report set, a website, data cleanup, or a small application. Large multi-team platform programs and general IT support are outside what I take on. Examples are listed under Projects.

I prefer clear requirements, regular status updates, and a single point of contact on the client side when possible. I own the work through delivery, with clear notes so you can keep using and maintaining what was built.
